You can use e‑Devlet to sign in without creating a separate MHRS password when that option is available for your account.
Using e-Devlet is recommended to simplify login and avoid forgetting a separate password.

Choose the city where you live or where you want to receive medical care.
Choose an available public or university hospital that suits your needs.
Select the required department, such as internal medicine, dermatology, ophthalmology, or dentistry.
You can choose a particular doctor from the available list or leave the choice open to find an available appointment under the system’s options.
Choose a suitable date and time from the available appointments, then confirm the booking.
After confirmation, the details appear in your account, and you may receive an alert or message at the registered phone number.
Minor symptoms such as a mild cold or flu, and blood-pressure or temperature checks.
Requesting routine blood tests or following up on results according to the doctor’s assessment.
Basic health follow-up or renewal of chronic-medication prescriptions under a doctor’s supervision.
Visiting the local family health center is usually faster and may not require a prior appointment. Check the center's system and working hours before going.
