MHRS, the Turkish Ministry of Health’s official central appointment system, lets you book appointments at public hospitals and some university hospitals while choosing the city, hospital, department, doctor, and available time.

Register and sign in to MHRS

If this is your first time using the system, create a new account with the information requested by MHRS.

You can log in with your ID number and a password you create in the system.

Sign in through e‑Devlet
You can use e‑Devlet to sign in without creating a separate MHRS password when that option is available for your account.

Steps for booking through MHRS

Open the official citizen portal and sign in with your account or through e‑Devlet.

Choose the city where you live or where you want to receive medical care.

Choose an available public or university hospital that suits your needs.

You can choose a particular doctor from the available list or leave the choice open to find an available appointment under the system’s options.

Choose a suitable date and time from the available appointments, then confirm the booking.

After confirmation, the details appear in your account, and you may receive an alert or message at the registered phone number.
When is a family doctor (Aile Hekimi) appropriate?

Minor symptoms such as a mild cold or flu, and blood-pressure or temperature checks.

Requesting routine blood tests or following up on results according to the doctor’s assessment.

Notes for visiting the hospital

- Repeatedly missing appointments without cancelling may lead to a temporary restriction on your MHRS account; cancel the appointment if you cannot attend.
- The appointment can be changed or canceled in the system sufficiently in advance, subject to the available options.
- Do not delay seeking urgent care because an online appointment is unavailable.
