Stipend amounts and some details may change from year to year according to the scholarship provider’s decisions, so always check the official website before applying.
Bachelor’s (all programs): 70% or higher · Medical programs (medicine, dentistry, pharmacy): 90% or higher · Master’s and doctorate: 75% or higher.
Associate degree/diploma and bachelor’s: up to age 21 · Master’s: up to age 30 · Doctorate: up to age 35 · Research scholarship: up to age 50.
All non-Turkish students may apply, including graduates and those who will graduate before August of the application year. Turkish citizens, former Turkish citizens, and students already enrolled at a Turkish university at the same degree level for which they are applying are not eligible.

Confirm your email and sign in, then complete personal, family, and contact information accurately and exactly as shown in your passport.
Enter school or university details, years, and grades, then upload clear copies of diplomas, transcripts, and required documents.
Camps, associations, scouting, student work, courses, and competitions.
Write it carefully in the designated fields and avoid copying and pasting from the internet to prevent rejection.
You can choose approximately 12 programs, diversifying across different cities and universities to improve your chances of acceptance.
Confirm that all information and documents are correct, then select Submit before the application period ends.
